VILDE is also specialized in concessions and sub-concessions of parking lots and service spaces in airport areas, assisting its clients both in court and out of court.
In railway services, thanks to several years of activity on behalf of Italian and foreign operators (especially Austrian ones), the Firm can offer highly qualified legal consultancy and assistance, particularly in the procedures for obtaining licenses to provide railway transport services, as well as in subsequent events concerning the same licenses.
The assistance provided to sector operators extends to relations with the National Railway Safety Agency (ANSF, later ANSFISA), as well as with the Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport.
